Kimmswick offers a chance to step back into the less hurried days of the 1800’s.  Enjoy a walk through a beautiful town with many one-of-a-kind shops that will inspire you.  The cordial atmosphere of our restaurants will remind you of a time long past.

    Offering about 1200 freshly dug and bagged plants featuring approximately 90 different daylilies. This is a great opportunity to purchase both new and older varieties not available for sale in nurseries or garden centers. Some pre-bagged collections are available at a reduced price and you may receive a discount on large purchases. A free page of planting and growing advice is also available.

    This is the 19th year for the sale and it often sells out so be sure to arrive early for the best selection. Some varieties are in limited supply.

    Proceeds benefit the Kimmswick Visitor Center.

Because we all love Halloween and what woman doesn’t like getting “All Dressed Up” for a “Fun Night Out on the Town with her Girlfriends”, all while supporting a great cause! So, dust off your hats and brooms and throw on your best “Witchy Wear”, and join us for a spell out on the town!

    Activities include: Music & Entertainment, Psychic, Attendance Prizes, Wine Tasting, Food Booths, Scavenger Hunt, Costume Contest, Shopping Discounts, and much more! With this being our 8TH YEAR, we can tell you—this is a unique evening with an incredible atmosphere, all at an affordable price.

    The Kimmswick Appplebutter Festival is the last full weekend of October. The Apple Butter Festival is the largest celebration Kimmswick has annually drawing over 100,000 visitors. Come enjoy the small town ambiance, stroll through our streets lined with 500 – 600 food, drink and craft vendors. Also enjoy lots of live entertainment throughout the town including bluegrass, country rock, and dulcimer music.
