The 2016 Kimmswick Daylily Sale will be held Saturday, June 25th from 9am to 5pm at 6005 Fourth Street. Shop from more than 90 varieties of daylilies--some of which are newer and/or older varieties that cannot be found in nurseries and garden centers. There will be nearly 1,200 freshly dug and bagged plants for sale.
This sale is now in it's 17th year and every year to-date has been a sell out, so do arrive early for the best selection! Also available: growing advice sheets and discounts on large purchases.
All proceeds from the sale go to the Kimmswick Visitor Center.

The Kimmswick Appplebutter Festival is the last full weekend of October. The Apple Butter Festival is the largest celebration Kimmswick has annually drawing over 100,000 visitors. Come enjoy the small town ambiance, stroll through our streets lined with 500 – 600 food, drink and craft vendors. Also enjoy lots of live entertainment throughout the town including bluegrass, country rock, and dulcimer music.

With each purchase made during the weekend, you can enter to win a "Bucket of Bucks" Gift Basket, on Display at the Kimmswick Visitor Center. Some lucky winner will win "Big Bucks" in Gift Certificates for Kimmswick Merchants! Finish your holiday shopping early! The town will be decked out in its holiday attire, with special events planned. Santa will host a tree lighting ceremony, strolling carolers and entertainment throughout the town. Shops will be serving refreshments. So make your list and check it twice then head to Kimmswick for this fun-filled family event and wrap-up your Holiday shopping early this year.

The Cookie Walk is a “not to be missed” event! The walk offers cheer for the entire family with a festive holiday atmosphere and the collection of more than 2 dozen treats (28 participating merchants)! With your ticket you’ll receive our 2016 “sweet treat” recipe book and a gift bag and map to collect your goodies!
This weekend we also celebrate our Christmas Festival! The town’s historic buildings are decorated in Christmas attire; there are strolling carolers, carriage rides, along with many other festive activities. Luminaries will light your way as you stroll the streets; shops are open late (until 9 pm). Restaurants too will have extended hours as well.

We welcome our Girl's Day Out guests at 9:30 on the The Blue Owl Restaurant and Bakery Veranda with a cup of coffee and a shopping passport full of exclusive discounts and deals.
Enjoy your day visiting all the shops and restaurants of Historic Kimmswick and at 3 pm we all meet again on the Veranda for a fabulous "Shop til Tea" Tea Party.
