Keep your eyes on the pies and join us for the 6th annual Kimmswick 5K! Run through historic Kimmswick and along the Mississippi River, the Anheuser Estate, and the Windsor Harbor Bridge (the oldest known wrought iron bridge in Missouri).
The Blue Owl's famous Levee High Apple Pies will be awarded to the top overall male and female finishers, and fresh fruit pies will be awarded to the top three in each age group. The Levee High pie contains 18 hand-peeled and sliced apples and is smothered in a rich caramel, pecan topping.
Hang around post-race for attendance prizes, refreshments, and a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, music, shopping in Kimmswick, and more! Register today!

The River Music Fest is a family friendly, relaxing day on the beautiful Anheuser Estate overlooking the Mississippi. Music Fest goers will enjoy food, games, raffles and live music with ride-a-therapy-horse for the kids!
Enjoy the past year’s BBQ? Get your fix this year by sampling beef, chicken and pork by some of the area’s best grill masters. For the first year we are excited to offer a BBQ cook off competition at the River Music Fest. Fantastic eats will be available for purchase during the event as BBQ competitors will be serving their award winning meats. Cold drinks, hot eats, beautiful view and fantastic entertainment! The Kimmswick Appplebutter Festival is the last full weekend of October. The Apple Butter Festival is the largest celebration Kimmswick has annually drawing over 100,000 visitors. Come enjoy the small town ambiance, stroll through our streets lined with 500 – 600 food, drink and craft vendors. Also enjoy lots of live entertainment throughout the town including bluegrass, country rock, and dulcimer music.

The Cookie Walk is a “not to be missed” event! The walk offers cheer for the entire family with a festive holiday atmosphere and the collection of more than 2 dozen treats (28 participating merchants)! With your ticket you’ll receive our 2016 “sweet treat” recipe book and a gift bag and map to collect your goodies!
This weekend we also celebrate our Christmas Festival! The town’s historic buildings are decorated in Christmas attire; there are strolling carolers, carriage rides, along with many other festive activities. Luminaries will light your way as you stroll the streets; shops are open late (until 9 pm). Restaurants too will have extended hours as well.
Tickets will go on sale mid-October!
