    Dine Out for the Cure

    The Blue Owl Restaurant and Bakery

    Fight breast cancer one bite at a time just by dining out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on Thursday, June 11, during the 7th Annual Susan G. Komen St. Louis Dine Out for the Cure®. The Blue Owl Restaurant and Bakery, a participating St Louis establishment, will donate a portion of their proceeds to Komen St. Louis.

    Shop for the Cure

    Kimmswick, MO

    Join Team Kimmswick and walk with us downtown St. Louis for the cure at the Susan G.  Komen Walk and then head to Kimmswick to also Shop for the Cure!

    Join us after the race or any day between June 12th and the 15th for Shop for the Cure!

    Wear your 2015 race t-shirt and:

    • Receive a Free Shop for the Cure Shopping Passport!
    • Register to win one of two Gift Baskets (worth more than $100)

    No race t-shirt? No problem!   Make a donation to the SGK-STL Affiliate at our Tents and receive a Passport for discounts and free items throughout the town!

    Dine out for the Cure: From June 11th through the 14th - Kimmswick goes Pink with a portion of all purchases from participating shops and restaurants donated to Breast Cancer Research.

    Movies start at dusk, with pre-movie events beginning one hour prior.  Be sure to bring your blankets and chairs, as well as your dinner - either a picnic, or stop by The Doug Depot or The Blue Owl (both open late).

    Father's Day Car Show

    Annual Daylily Sale

    9 am to 5 pm6005 Fourth Street

    The 2015 Kimmswick Daylily Sale will be held Saturday, June 27th from 9am to 5pm at 6005 Fourth Street. Freshly dug plants for sale from the state inspected garden of Carrol Wrather, Certificate # A-1777. Seventy five varieties and 1200 Freshly Dug and Bagged plants for sale. "The garden has some 600 varieties on display" Come early for best selection. No sales before 9am. All proceeds go to the Kimmswick Visitor Center, which is here for your convenience when you visit Kimmswick.

    ALS 5Kimmswick

    Kimmswick, MO

    Run through historic Kimmswick, alongside the Mississippi River, the Anheuser Estate and the Windsor Harbor Bridge (the oldest known wrought iron bridge in Missouri), and then hang around post-race for attendance prizes, refreshments, a silent auction, music, shopping in Kimmswick and more! If you aren’t a runner, you don’t have to miss out on the fun. There is also a 1-mile fun run/walk that you can enjoy.  Registration information to come.

    Enjoy your day visiting all the shops and restaurants of Historic Kimmswick and at 3 pm we all meet again on the Veranda for a fabulous "Shop til Tea" Tea Party.     Apple Butter Festival

    The Apple Butter Festival Kimmswick is the largest celebration Kimmswick has annually drawing nearly 100,000 visitors. Come enjoy the small town ambiance, stroll through our streets lined with 500 – 600 food, drink and craft vendors. Also enjoy lots of live entertainment throughout the town including Bluegrass and dulcimer music.

    Deer Widow's Weekend

    Christmas Open House & Holiday Parade

    10 am to 9 pmKimmswick, MO

    Finish your holiday shopping early! The town will be decked out in its holiday attire, with special events planned. Santa will host a tree lighting ceremony, strolling carolers and entertainment throughout the town. Shops will be serving refreshments. So make your list and check it twice then head to Kimmswick for this fun-filled family event and wrap-up your Holiday shopping early this year.

    Complimentary Trolley Rides, Music, Join the festivities! 
    Shops will be open late: 10am to 9pm. 
    Restaurants will be open extended hours.

    • 11 am  Santa Arrives at our Christmas Parade led by the Windsor High School Band
    • 1- 4pm  Historic Burgess How House & Kimmswick Historical Museum will be open.
    • 2- 8pm   Horse Drawn Trolley Rides
    • 5 pm    Lighting of the Christmas Tree at the Kimmswick Visitor Center.

    Kimmswick Cookie Walk and Old Fashioned Christmas Festival

    10 am to 9 pmKimmswick, MO

    We invite you to join us December 4th, 5th, or 6th to enjoy the warm Glow of the Holidays as you stroll the Festive Streets of Kimmswick.

    The Cookie Walk is a “not to be missed” event!  The walk offers cheer for the entire family with a festive holiday atmosphere and the collection of more than 2 dozen treats (28 participating merchants)! With your ticket you’ll receive our 2015 “sweet treat” recipe book and a gift bag and map to collect your goodies! 

    The weekend of December 4th we also celebrate our Christmas Festival!
    The town’s historic buildings are decorated in Christmas attire; there are strolling carolers, carriage rides, along with many other festive activities.
