The 2017 Strawberry Festival will be held June 3rd and 4th. Festival Admission is free.
The big draw to this festival is the popular Original Kimmswick Strawberry Jam that sells out nearly every year. This delicious Jam sells for $7.00 a pint and will only be sold at the entrance of town at the intersection of Beckett and Fourth streets.
There will be over 200 craft, food, vendor and corporate booths. All of our wonderful shops and restaurants will be open and will be selling strawberry themed items.

Put on your boots and help us Stomp Out Cancer!
The merchants of Kimmswick are hosting a Stomp Out Cancer day Saturday, June 10 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Eight cancer organizations will join us to share information and resources available in our area.
Donate and receive a Passport good for discounts or free gifts at participating merchants. Your donation enables you to register for 4 gifts baskets! Complete our ribbon puzzle to qualify for a grand prize gift basket worth $100!
Entertainment includes The Clarkson School of Irish Dance and local musicians. Every dollar counts! Plan to join us and help Stomp Out Cancer!

American sky watchers will be treated to a rare and spectacular celestial show, the first total solar eclipse visible from the United States in nearly four decades, and Kimmswick will be in the perfect vantage point!
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, family members, friends and neighbors. There will be trivia, raffles, music, and JC Corcoran, from 93.1, will be doing a live remote.
Additionally, all of the shops and restaurants will be open for this special day.
Why a Witches’ Night Out Event? Because we all love Halloween and what woman doesn’t like getting “All Dressed Up” for a “Fun Night Out on the Town with her Girlfriends”, all while supporting a great cause! So, dust off your hats and brooms and throw on your best “Witchy Wear”, and join us for a spell out on the town!
Activities include: Music & Entertainment, Psychic, Attendance Prizes, Wine Tasting, Food Booths, Scavenger Hunt, Costume Contest, Shopping Discounts, and much more! With this being our 6th year, we can tell you—this is a unique evening with an incredible atmosphere, all at an affordable price.

Apple Butter Festival Kimmswick is always the last full weekend of October. The Apple Butter Festival Kimmswick is the largest celebration Kimmswick has annually drawing over 100,000 visitors. Come enjoy the small town ambiance, stroll through our streets lined with 500 – 600 food, drink and craft vendors. Also enjoy lots of live entertainment throughout the town including bluegrass, country rock, and dulcimer music.
